"This place is spotless!! The staff is always cleaning. Breakfast was amazing…if I ever get back to East Wenatchee, I would definitely stay here and will let friends And family knoe also. "Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is well layed out and clean and modern. Like the hooks on the wall to hang things. Kitchen area is too tiny. Hard to even deal with the ice bucket. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately this hotel is noisy, on a busy road. And there was some kind of construction going on with a constant grinding noise. AND there were families here for baseball tournaments and the families were talking loudly and kids running up and down the halls until well after 11:00...

"Nice place. Was a little surprised that I was charged a $50 deposit without being told. And there is no coffee pots in the rooms. I do prefer to just wake up and get a cup of coffee instead of having and get dressed and go downstairs to get a cup of coffee. Other than that everything was nice."

"I asked for room service, they asked "whats services would you like" I said, new towels, empty trash and replenish the coffee, food and cups we use.... we did not get room service and when we asked for towels they said we were syppose to ask for room service (but we did the night before). The mattress sheets do not fit so they come off @ night. Hotel is really old and small, layout is odd. Small fridge, no microwave."

"Room was nice and clean and the staff was also very helpful. The elevator was not that great and not quite clean. Also there was no free drinking water available; there was coffee and ice available but no drinking water. They should at least give two bottles of water in room for each day of stay. Otherwise no complaints, breakfast as expected was just okay same thing everyday."

"The room was nice and big! Very clean. However, the motel is backed up to the Railroad tracks and trains went by all during the night. The carpets in the common area were not well maintained and really needed to be stretched again. They charged me an additional $40 damage deposit which has not been refunded yet. Also wanted to charge me $75 for a pet. On the website it said $25 pet fee. The breakfast was good. Parking was good."

They then set me up in a room that had a conjoined room that was occupied and had a 2.5 inch gap from the door to the floor and I could hear ever word the guest next door was saying and I tried to muffle it with a towel but it barely worked. "This is always our favorite place to stay. From the moment we walk thru the door with our little furbaby we are all greeted with smiles & above and beyond customer service. From a fast check-in, to a free room upgrade- this hotel makes your stay cozy and relaxing. Breakfast is delicious. Hot eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, oatmeal with all the fixins, and much more...
