"I was really disappointed arriving at this hotel. I was so excited about staying at a waterfront hotel and spa, but it looks like a dirty motel from the parking lot. The interior is in massive need of a clean and renovation. Breakfast, which was nice to order off a menu, was maybe a 6/10, of a mediocre diner quality. The rooms are fine and the beds relatively comfortable. The most positive part is that the staff are friendly and the waterfront docks area was really nice."

"The bed and breakfast was a lovely older home with period furnishings. Lots of rooms and "destinations" inside the house to enjoy as well as lovely sitting area outside by the river. We had a picnic dinner with wine on the big covered deck in the rain. Very nicely situated, walking distance from the shops downtown and marina. Lots of lovely big old houses to peek at in the neighborhood. Our hosts were very attentive. Breakfast was wonderful as Geoff is a chef - did a gluten free big...
