The room was very clean but what stood out the most was how good all the staff were, big shout out to Tom, very helpful, very positive person! Spa was great within the package of the room, we will be back!

YES THE ROOM FELT DIRTY NO TEA BAGS OR COFFEE OR SUGAR / SWEETNERS IN ROOM NEED A DRINK HAD TO GO DOWN FOR BREAKFAST EARLY NOT SATIFACTORY STAY HERE A FEW YEAR AGO DEFINEALY GONE DOWN HILL I SHOULD OF STAYED AT WEATHERSPPON BUT FANCIED A QUITE NIGHT HAD BEEN WORKING FROM 4AM UNTIL 9PM
