"This property was more than I expected. We had a lot of family and friends stay there for a wedding and everyone echoed how wonderful and clean the property was. The rooms were immaculate and the staff’s friendliness was always on target. Complimentary breakfast was more than expected. Fresh fruit was great! Parking was so easy. "I am disgusted by the behavior of the general manager who hung up the phone on me. I paid for my room in FULL for 2 nights but when I arrived the next day (flight was delayed) I was told I couldn’t check in because they had cancelled my room (kept my money) and sold my room to another guest So that means they got to benefit TWICE from one room Cancelled my room and left me stranded with nowhere to stay And when asked for my money back on the phone with manager, she hung up the phone on me...
