Overall it was a pleasant stay. We definitely liked the early check in. Check in was quick and easy. Everything worked as intended which was great. We only had one problem which were the keys to the room. It took a few tries at times to open our door and at one point they stopped working. We were told that it could happen if held near your phone which we didn’t know. Also, we are not sure if it was on every room but our room was the water temp flipped so cold side was hot and hot side was cold. We would stay again

The owners are awesome! They take pride in their establishment and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the rooms were! Would definitely recommend !

Our stay at Simple Rewards was great. Check in was fast and easy and the lady at the front desk answered all our questions and guided us as to where to park. This has got to be one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. Even the parking lot was well kept. Great selection of snacks in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I checked in around 5 pm. I then left for dinner and drinks. When I arrived back at around midnight, my key did not work. The office manager told me that it was because i never gave them my credit card when i checked in. I wasn't asked for it. I didnt think to give it to them as they didnt ask for it with my id. extremely inconvenient.

This was a very last min trip for my boyfriend and I.. But i must say I was a little concerned at first because I usually go with air bnbs as we have 4 kids. Since it was just use i just wanted a room to sleep and shower .. This motel looked iffy at first but I must say when checking in the counter person was super nice and super quick . The room was alot nice than I imagined.. And they also had nice big things of lotion , sanatizer and even clorox wipes to use in the room which I personally was happy about.. Will def be returning !

I don't think I've ever stayed in a place as clean as this one! Absolutely spotless! We even witnessed a lady cleaning the outside of the doors!! The staff was very helpful and pleasant and even gave us a $25 gift card to the Italian restaurant (located in the same parking lot). It's within 5-10 minutes of the beaches and right across the street from Walmart, though you'd never know it because Hilton Head leaves the trees alone, hiding most of the buildings and parking lots. The price is cheaper than most hotels, and although several other rental properties are right in the beach or within walking distance, I'd still choose to stay here simply because of how clean the rooms are. The staff seems to really appreciate their jobs and take pride in their work.

It's a quiet place with lots of stores at a reasonable walking distance. The hotel seems a bit old, but it's clean and it seems to have some recent renovation. The staff is very friendly.
