"This was my worst hotel stay, and it's all based on every interaction I had with the front desk for my 4 night stay. They are not friendly, and do not make you feel welcome. At check-in, the person who greeted me did not smile, did not give me the usual run down of the hotel lay out, where to find my room, or the wifi situation. When I asked for more information, it was a huge inconvenience for her to talk to me. I arrived Friday evening and needed dinner. Thinking I would order room service....

"At 3:50 pm the room had not been cleaned the restaurant floor was dirty the glass shelves in the restaurant one could write their name wit the amount of of dust on it. Plus the restaurant floor is not open on Monday. There is access to a computer security is questionable as numerous times no one is at the front desk. The elevator is easily accessed as u don’t need a card"

"Great hotel when in Baltimore for an Orioles game. Located across the street from Camden Yard plus the valet parking makes for an excellent experience. The breakfast was tasty. The noon check out time allowed plenty of time to visit the Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum just 1 block over. We will definitely be back."

"Very well maintained property. The staff was attentive and helpful with all questions. It is easy to walk to the waterfront from this location for a stroll or enjoy an appetizer and beverage with friends and family. The rooms are well stocked with all you need to make and eat in and even have family in to share with you."

"We booked this accommodation as it was close to a venue we were attending. There was lots of on street parking. This is a gorgeous, grand old home. Note, Wilson House sits near a busy street. However, once inside, due to triple glazed windows, you will not hear the street noise at all! Also, be aware, rooms are on the 2nd-4th floor and there is no elevator. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was very good. The owners were a pleasure to talk with."

"Good location for going to a concert at CFG bank arena and other local places. Easy to use valet parking. Room was a great size and very clean. The complimentary snacks in the evening were ok, breakfast was a bit better. Staff was courteous."
