"We stay here regularly when visiting family and have never been disappointed. Check in is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is tasty. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are always clean and quiet."

"Staff were very helpful, whilst the amenities are very tired in appearance, carpets visibly dirty, hair in plug hole in bath, cobwebs in the windows, tables in dining room sticky, not laid with full cutlery etc and the food was appalling"
