"I reported that the room had issues: the light bulb kept flickering when switched off (we had to remove it to sleep), and the coffee maker did not work. I don’t believe it’s reasonable to arrive at a room and have to deal with these problems. Guests pay and make reservations expecting everything to be in proper working order."

"Very good location in Polanco, we have stayed at this property multiple times, however this time around our room didn’t get cleaned on a 5 days stay, hair dryer didn’t work and the pillows were very uncomfortable."
