"We arrived at our hotel and the fire department was there. First red flag, we were informed people had been pulling the alarm over and over. We got to our rooms (we had two) and they were not cool at all. We thought maybe we could adjust the temperature and would be fine once we returned from the Braves game. After the game we got to our rooms and it was HOT. Only to be told the entire hotels air was out and no eta on fixing it. No one helped, no one offered anything to make us comfortable. No sleep and then a 6 hour drive home the next day. Would not recommend."

"I really like the safety protocols they have in place. You have to have a card key to access the elevator as well as all the floors. Having the lobby at the top of the hotel was really cool. We were on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of the city. It was so pretty. Room was clean, fluffy towels, comfy bed."
