We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ay this hotel. The building itself is gorgeous with lots of nice amenities. We especially appreciated having coin laundry! The air conditioning in our room wasn’t quite working, and the heat actually ended up turning on a couple times however this neighbourhood was quiet enough for us to crack the window for fresh air instead. This hotel is also quite close to Hiroshima station and made it easy to commute!

Very pleasant place to stay and good value for money with a wide selection for breakfast but had to drop a star due to the strong smoke smell that occasionally came through the airvents despite being in a non-smoking room.

Air conditioning was not that great. I asked the front desk how to activate the air conditioning and was told to open the window. The room was fine. We didn't use the breakfast.
