Good location to get to the Yamato museum. The hotel staff were nice and the room itself was comfortable and very spacious. I would definitely go again.

The hotel was within a walking distance from a train station, and they also have a shuttle bus. Not much around the hotel, but there is a nice supermarket near the station. Just two blocks from a harbor. The harbor has a nice view and is relaxing. The staff was very polite and kind.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Large clean comfortable rooms. This hotel is business oriented. May not be for tourists. No stores nearby. Must take taxi or hotel shuttle to get around.

フロントは24時間対応なので、お土産用の売店も同じく24時間対応でした。土地柄もあり自衛隊グッズが多くありました。 スタッフの対応も良く、夕食の場所や朝食の場所、支払い方法なども漏れなく説明してくださいました。エレベーター1基とエスカレーターはメンテナンス中の為若干の不便さはありましたが、平日ということでずっと待つということはなかったです。 アメニティは基本的なものと女性にはクレンジングなどもついていました。 夕食はホテル併設のレストラン呉濤を利用。こちらも改装中の為、通常メニューではありませんでしたが、味も量も大変満足できました。朝食はビュッフェを利用しました。少しお値段高い目かなと思いましたが、美味しいものが多くありのと、スイーツも種類が多かったので、食べ過ぎたぐらいでした。結果、昼になってもお腹空いてなかった。 ホテル周辺は歩いて行く距離にはほとんど何もないです。車利用だと近くにゆめタウンはありました。私はゆめタウンの銘店コーナーでも広島土産探していくつか購入しました。

清掃はきちんとされていましたが、部屋の床（カーペット）のシミがかなり目立ちます。定期的なクリーニングをされてない気がします。 笑顔があまり見られない接客をされる方が多かった様に感じました。 良かったのは駅など決まった場所になるものの、送迎をしてもらえるサービスがよかったです。

やっぱり料理長の料理を食べたかったが、人気なのか(笑)宿泊前に予約をしていなかって席が空いて無かった。 しかし、呉市内の飲食店が豊富なうえ、屋台通りも有り、美味しく楽しい思い出が出来ました。 次回はホテル内でディナーを食したいです(^^)d

港が一望できる部屋は広々としていて清潔で、快適に滞在できました。お風呂に洗い場があるのは、かなり高ポイントだと思います。呉駅↔︎ホテルの送迎も毎回快く引き受けてくださり、助かりました。 敢えて申し上げるならば、パジャマの着心地が……。よくある浴衣タイプで、合わせが開かないようボタンがついているなど心配りを感じるデザインでしたが、化繊のパジャマが苦手なため、綿だったらよかったなと。 総合的には素晴らしいホテルです。おかげさまで、良い旅になりました。ありがとうございました。
