"I was offered the worst room even though I paid far more for it. The smell of the room was awful. The smell of the bathroom was also terrible. I was afraid that if I complained, it would get worst."

"Wir hatten ein Executive-Doppelzimmer bestellt und den Wunsch geäußert, ein Bad mit Dusche zu erhalten. Als wir ankamen, hieß es, es gibt gar keine Zimmer mit Dusche, sondern alle haben nur Badewanne. Das sollte dann doch auch bei der Reservierung klar ersichtlich sein, genauso wie der bei der Reservierung ..."
