"Quiet place with excellent garden outside center more rural. Although things are not modern they are ok and give you a great value for the price. Owner is friendly and makes you feel at home. If youbwant something off the beaten track definitely consider this gem."

"Amazing clean and tidy. We stayed on the top floor so there is 5 flights of stairs. We stayed for 4 days all I would suggest is that they should give extra toiletries and towels after 2 days at the least as they do charge a cleaning fee. But it’s beautiful great location and extremely clean "

"The appartment is located on the third floor in a building without elevator. The paid parking lots in the whole area may be full. We had to park outside the Kappana area, far away. "This was very disappointing. The hotel is big, but we had coincidentally booked it when others were coming. The hotel staff was rude. At first telling us we can park out front to get our bags in the room, instead after about 30 seconds while doing just that another staff member said that we cannot - since a bus with Israeli guests was arriving - this was a yearly reoccurrence according to another member. I was also appalled by the lack of proper cleaning. Bath tubs were all green in some areas, a lot of the hotel was empty and everything was far. The area nearby is better since there was a park but, overall this stay was a complete disappointment- if it weren't for the people water - this would've been a huge waste of money. Overall 2/10 stars would be the max I would give this... Avoid"

"This is the most beautiful old hotel right in the old city. I had a little trouble finding it as you have to pass through the barriers to get access to the old city. Looking at Google maps, I mistakenly thought access was on the main road. Hristo, the owner, had registered my car details so I was waved through the barrier with no problem. I arrived 15 minutes after the receptionist was supposed to leave but she waited for me. They've gone to a lot of effort to reflect the character of the old city. I was only there one night but will make sure I return as it was beautiful. Don't expect an elevator as it's an old building. "

"Отель 4* , не в центре, расстояние до старого города примерно километр. Отличная большая комната, отличный завтрак. В отеле есть приятное кафе, хороший выбор пирожных. Очень приятный персонал. Бесплатная подземная стоянка. Рекомендую."

"Excellent breakfast. Gluten free and dairy free products available at breakfast. Large room with a large bathroom. Food at restaurant is clearly labelled with allergens. We ate atthe restaurant three times. Food was always good and well presented using fine ingredients. The whisky room ambiance was very cosy with a large wood fireplace heating the room. "
