"Good location close to many attractions like sears tower, the bean, river boat tours... nuce rooms ... public parking 1/2 block from premises .. just an overal great property with excellent convenience for tourists type activities "

"The pub below was nice to have and the rooms were clean. They were able to hold our bags for us when we got there and when we left with no extra charge. Our room was ready when we got there thanks to the online checking in. Check out was easy and there was almost always someone at the front desk. The only thing I didn’t like was no exhaust in the bathroom so it made the room hot, but we just turned the temp down."

"I literally chose this hotel for the breakfast. Mostly the coffee. Other locations have a lot more to offer . I’m a diabetic and can’t have sugar . Yes they offer sweet and low but that’s simply not good for your body. Splenda or stevia is what diabetics use now . Also they only had one kind of creamer , hazelnut. Why ? Just plain creamer would have so much better. I also upgraded to a king bed and was still in a queen . And I was simply too tired to go say anything . Doubt I’ll stay here...

"We have been staying one night for the past 4 years on our way home from Mexico to Canada and always look forward to this little gem of a hotel. Our favorite is the little restaurant/bar in the lobby, great atmosphere, good variety of food and we don't have to drive around town looking for a place with takeout ( 2 dogs prevent us from fine dining experiences) Although rooms are small they are beautiful and cozy.
