"Service was excellent and staff super nice, friendly and top notch! My room though was not clean. I’m not a very picky person at all when it comes to that and have never complained in my life but had some issues throughout my room that were too much to not notify them about. I personally am not staying here again just for that reason."

"There's a basic gym with everything you need for a short stay, and water refill stations on alternating floors. No refrigerators in the rooms, so you can't save food when restaurants give you enormous portions."

"For an older hotel, it is a good value. The location is convenient to the convention center and lots of little restaurants and quick eats. While the structure shows its age, the appliances are modern enough without being brand new. Beds are comfortable, and everything functioned well. The rooms were warm as they transitioned from heating to cooling and we had an unusually warm spring night but it wasn’t terrible. The windows on the street level look directly into other buildings/parking so you have to keep them closed all the time for privacy. Check in and out took seconds and was very easy during my late night and early mornings. "
