"Thankyou to the whole team at Citadel Kandy. From the check in to checkout I was met with friendly helpful staff. Great service at breakfast and dinners. Excellent bar service and cocktail making. Hats off to the chefs for the range of delicious foods for the buffets.
Sri Lanka is open and I’d recommend the Cinnamon Citadel as a great place to stay. Great quiet comfy rooms, good range of sun beds by the pool for relaxing. Was a great stay. Thanks again to all the team. "

"Nice place, good service.
Not many sun loungers at the pool.
Sad to hear that the leftovers from the buffet are thrown out and not given to the ones in need. Try to reduce food waste, and at the same time do something good for the ones without much."

"Large, modern and well equipped room with beautiful views over the city and a small balcony. The restaurant and bar area is very pleasant, on the rooftop with great views. Food is a little hit and miss. Just worth noting that prices on the menu don’t include taxes. When these are included, this, together with service, adds a third to the bill. This is really misleading and could be easily fixed. Excellent value overall though. "

"Only spent one night, family of four. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the lovely staff, served tea and asked about our dinner preferences. The place is marvelous - a tranquil oasis - the weather wasn't great, but it must be even more magical when the sun is out. We relaxed in the pool and enjoyed some wine in the courtyard, which is absolutely beautiful.
Dinner was amazing, and the staff very attentive to our needs and questions.
