The weather on that time hot n humid and we are so tired from our flight .the front desk was also sleeping on the couch with all the light off .we left and luckily we found a better hotel and we stayed there better price much cleaner and breakfast included i reported this incident to horel.com demanding my full refund and Hotel.com never responded me yet

The service was terrible; I had to ask for all the amenities in the room and negotiate for them to be cleaned – the service was poor.
