Hotel Majestic Saigon

"We stayed a total of 5 nights and it was a blessing to experience this truly majestic hotel befitting of its 100 years history. Also, very helpful staff, excellent customer service mentality and a nice breakfast spread. We also appreciate the location owing to the close proximity to shopping centres and must see sites like the Opera house, Reunification Place, etc. The only issue was the wooden bed frame cracked on the final night's. Fortunately, we were not hurt, just shocked. We moved a different room for the night but did not sleep well at all owing to the shock and change of environment. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay."
Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City

"We stayed at Sedona Suites from 20 September to 25 September and overall had a very comfortable and enjoyable five-night stay. The room was very spacious, with plenty of storage, clean linens, complete amenities, and excellent insulation from outside noise. The city views were also fantastic, and the pool area was lovely. We especially enjoyed breakfast at The Straits every morning. The buffet had a wide spread of food, and we were consistently looked after very well by Quy (also known as Max), Alisa, and Moon. They were warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay and really made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is very central and within easy walking distance of Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, and many other attractions, which made getting around very convenient. One small gesture that we particularly appreciated was being allowed to request four bottles of water for our room each evening. We did have to ask for them, but the hotel accommodated the request throughout our stay, and that kind of flexibility and hospitality really does make a difference. It’s a simple thing, but these thoughtful gestures are always appreciated, especially in a five-star property. Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms, location, breakfast, facilities, and service were all excellent, and we would happily stay at Sedona Suites again."
