場所が最高！！

ドンコイエリアの中でも場所が便利だと思います。どこに行くにも近い。 夜中でもスタッフが色々対応してくれました。

the first day I checked in, the room was not what I booked and was not cleaned at all. Thus, the door man cleaned up shortly and took 1night, but the room's quality & grade was not what I booked. Also, I found many hairs in the spread sheet.... I couldn't sleep well.. Breakfast is very simple. Location is ok.

全てが最悪です。

Expediaの半額セールにつられて予約したのが大間違い。 スタッフは愛想が悪く、部屋の設備も全て故障だらけ。 何度もクレームで修理を依頼してもらって対応できないとの呆れ返る返事。 ベトナム国内では、5つ星でも満足なサービスを受けることは難しいが、ここのホテルは、考えられない酷さでした。 ホーチミン市内には、当ホテルが二棟ありますが、どちらも最悪でした。 絶対に泊まってはいけないホテルですね。 もう二度Expediaは使いません。

Deluxe Room is not 30 m2, is 20 m2

I booked a room at the TTC Hotel 2 blocks away on Hotels.com, but they wouldn't let me and my girlfriend check in unless we had a marriage certificate so Hotels.com relocated us here. This hotel was very accommodating and the Front Desk lady was very nice. We were given the Deluxe Room, which is listed on Hotels.com as 30 m2, but the room is actually only 20 m2. The room was nice though with a large bathtub in the bathroom so I didn't complain. There's an ethernet port in the room so you don't have to rely on wifi. The AC didn't work at first, but they sent somebody over to fix it. There's a hot water kettle in the room, but no coffee or tea. The drinking cups are glass cups not designed for hot beverages. There's no free water provided in the room either, but there's a Circle K around the corner. The breakfast buffet was decent. The location is good, KFC is next door. There's a club next door. Room Tip: Whatever room size you booked, subtract about 33 percent and that would be your actual room size.

nice hotel in city centre

the rooms are nice and the staff is always helpful, unfortunately there is a new Lebanese restaurant downstairs whose DJ´s tend to play long into the night, often well beyond midnight. The breakfast is geared chiefly towards an Asian (Chinese, Korean) public but still offers something for Westerners.

Handy Location

Stayed 2 nights - and had it not been for the upgrade to an executive room for the 2nd, we would have walked as our first night somewhat disappointing . Steer clear of room 105 if you want a peaceful night's sleep - it neighbours a beer garden with thumping music till midnight. Ask for a room on the opposite side of the lifts, or at the front of the building instead. The standard of room 105 a little lack lustre and did not appear to have been fully serviced. By contrast, the executive room at the front of the building was clean, comfortable, serviced, quiet and generally pleasant. Breakfast ok; staff friendly enough.
