Excellent location hands down!!!
Make sure to request clean linen before check in. It’s a beautiful apartment but if you take air freshener with you it will help.
Great view central location is one of the best in Ho Chi Minh.

Book at you own risk
First you will not be staying in the nice new tall building as advertised in the listing. The address of that apartment is not the same. The address is not listed and ended up being lost for 15 mins. the first place that was given to me looked as if it haven't been cleaned in MONTHS, out right disgusting. dirty furniture, burn marks on furniture, dead roaches scattered around the apartment, rusted fixtures, overall an unsafe location. after i objected and started taking pictures, only then was i offered a differnt room.... the second was still not in the best of shap but cleaner and didnt have any dead roaches laying around... after waiting so long i just wanted a shower... only to find out there was DARK DROWN water coming from the sink and the shower... i was extreme frustrated and told them i was leaving and to retrun my money. the staff came into the room to see my reaction and to see how dirty the water was only to start laughing... i was then told i was going to be upgraded to a better building and room... only for it to be in the same building and told not to access the second bedroom in the apartment. an upgrade... but not able to use the upgrade. after walking around in the heat going back and forth to other locations while the host wouldn't answer the phone in the beginning and not provide an accurate location... i was hot and exhausted and just settled.
