"I am very disappointed with this hotel. It looks like someone who is working in the hotel had stolen my jacket. I hanged my jacket in the wall inside my room which I planned to wear it before I left but I had forgotten to do that. My wife had also confirmed that she remember I had hanged my jacket in the wall. "We stayed four nights at Long Hostel in a private room. It was very good value for money however the bed was very uncomfortable (needs a new mattress and a bigger duvet/sheet). The shower also stopped working on the last day. We can’t complain too much as the breakfast was great, freshly cooked and it was such good value. Great location too!"

"Hotel is 30 minute walk from ben tanh market on a straight road which is great. Nice area and felt safe. The hotel generally was ok but definitely not 4 star. Limited breakfast options, no safe in room, unsafe loose plugs and the bathroom drains not consistent. So overall an ok stay in a good area as we spend little time within the hotel itself. "
