"It was ideally situated although not always easy to navigate back to. However an ideal hotel for the Old Quarter with lots of places to eat within close access. A very walkable area with no concerns about security..The staff were friendly and helpful and I had no concerns about standards in the hotel. "Nice and clean hotel, very nice staff and just off the main road to avoid the constant Hanoi traffic noise and horn beeping. Only slightly negative is breaky is in their sister hotel 40m up the road. "

"Super helpful and nice receptionists. The facilities are clean and bed is comfy. They have a vast variety of breakfast options with tasty pho and crème brûlée. Train street at walkable distance so it’s very convenient - the only drawback is you will hear the train horns at night but it’s acceptable. "
