"They did not honor my room reservation. They instead put me up in adjacent hotel that had lower rates on Expedia. They rejected a refund request for the difference in Rate that I initiated with Expedia. Just not fair. "

"Location of the hotel was great and the staff were nice, but someone else was in our room! We were taken to the next room first which was a better room (the safe there didn’t work, though.) We could have stayed there, but we were moved to the lower grade room on a different floor. That really messed up and I was late for the program I wanted to go because of that. Also one side of the bed was so itchy. I woke up during the night because of that. We kept getting someone else’s laundry, too. We...
