Lovely large home with everything that's needed. Sparkling bathroom and laundry and very comfortable bed in a spacious bedroom. Great TV. It's an easy going countryside experience with kind, generous hosts. Highly recommend for a happy stay.

It was a clean comfortable property on a farm in a beautiful setting. Our host, Peta went out of her way to make us feel welcome with lots of personal touches- home made bread and raspberry jam, fresh farm eggs, heated towel rail and night light, charging station for phones etc. Right in the middle of a wine trail and close to historic Richmond.

The best B&B we have stayed at in Tas, Peta went out of her way to make our stay most pleasant. Loved the home made bread and fresh farm eggs, absolutely marvellous.

Our stay was wonderful. Peta and Alex made us so welcome . They made us feel so welcomed and we really enjoyed staying at the cottage. The views are fantastic! The breakfast was delicious. Thanks for helping us entertain our kids too with the other animals. Thank you Lukshmy and family : )

The view was lovely and Peta and Alec were so kind. The accommodation overlooked mature rose bushes. The rooms were spacious. Everything was so tranquil. It’s within very easy reach of Hobart Airport, but no problem with aircraft noise. Richmond is a good place to visit.

Comfortable, lovely host & great view.

Host was amazingly lovely, apartment was spacious & cosy. Breakfast was great, juice, cereal, farm eggs, fresh bread & jams. We had a wedding at nearby winery - very convenient & peaceful.

Very well located. Quick & easy drive to Hobart cbd. Rooms were large and well equipped. Queen sized bed in main bedroom was extremely comfortable. The cottage was spacious and clean. It was on a high elevation with fantastic view . There are horses sheeps and other animals . Feeding of chickens were interesting . There was a vineyard behind the cottage . We spotted a few kangaroos in the night. Will recommend friends to stay

we had a great taste of the beautiful scenery of the Richmond district the homemade bread we shared was the best we ever tasted and the grand babies enjoyed the jam immensely.

This was an excellent place to stay. Close to the places we wanted to visit and an easy run into Hobart. Our hosts were very helpful and enabled us to get to wherever we wanted to go. The cottage was very well and generously equipped and we lacked for nothing. Would definitely recommend.
