Dead cockroaches in room, pillows flat. Understand it is a bed and breakfast but the other guests were cooking curry and smell went throughout. Most unpleasant. For the price it was AWFUL.

Rosie's is a quiet, comfortable hotel a block from the Derwent river. The decor and gardens give Rosie's a unique character. Our suite was spacious and comfortable albeit a little dusty, probably due to the high winds on Australia Day. There was a basic continent breakfast provided,
