"A horrible hotel just because we arrive late due to car problems. We arrive at 5 o’clock in the morning. We tried calling the hotel to let them know that we were running late their phone wasn’t working so when we arrive, they said that they cannot give us a a room. We tried showing her proof that we were calling the whole night to try and let them know that we’re running late. Their worker didn’t care. She said that we gotta leave she even called the police because we tried to keep explaining to her that we just needed the room to shower real quick. We also told her that by 11 their policy checkout that we were gonna be gone. she didn’t care we were with my family wish included four children, and she did not care. She was she was very rude. When I asked her name. She refused to give her name. She did not have a name tag . our trip was to Orlando. We have a stop at New Jersey to drop off my son and then we kept on driving to their locations in North Carolina so from there we had to keep on driving another eight hours and a half to Orlando to our second hotel, the worst experience, no mention that the room was paid for already"

"Most of the staff were really nice! When we arrived, there wasn't any toilet paper in the room. Called the front desk to ask to have some sent up and was told to come and get it???? The facility needs to be updated!!! Paid too much money for this room "

"My 1st room was full of mold. The lady at the front desk was nice about changing out room. The 2nd room had hair everywhere. In the shower, on the sheets, on floor and on the towels. I even found a toe nail and old food by the bed. "
