Mirelle very welcoming and took us on tour of hotel area to show us hippos and took us to room, she also recommended 3 bridges restaurant 5 minutes drive away which was excellent and had lovely gift shop next door with beautiful objects made by locals. ask for accommodation near river , we wished we had as can watch hippos from there to your hearts content ! Crocs also seen. Lots of monkeys in grounds , didn't see elephants but could see...

"We stayed at River Lodge in May 2019 ( Royal suite). Very comfortable spacious accommodations with mix of XIX century and modern styles. Staff is professional: respectful of the guests privacy and available to assist when needed. "Me and my boyfriend had an incredible time at Umlani Bushcamp. The guests, staff, ranger, tracker, hosts and everyone else involved was really nice, and there was such a welcoming atmosphere. We saw a lot of incredible wildlife, and it was a trip I will fondly remember. The drives are comfortable and exciting.
