"Location was excellent for the Schonbrunn Palace and associated attractions in its park (e.g. zoo, concert in the orangery, etc), as well as for transportation to the rest of the city via tram and U-Bahn. Shops, restaurants, bakeries and bars all present as well. Location was the best thing about this property. Accommodation was clean but basic. All managed by the app, which I found slow and a bit clunky but it did work as intended. Access is via a keypad code given via the app. If there was a problem with setting up roaming on my phone, I'd have been screwed. Fortunately I didn't have any problems but if I had, I wonder how easy it would have been to sort out without a staff presence on site. I hadn't fully appreciated this until after I'd booked it. I probably wouldn't do it again for that reason but as I said, I did not have any problems on my trip."

"Location was excellent. This hotel is not by any means a 4 star. It’s a shady two star at best. Carpets in the hotel are old and discoloured. Walls are not painted. Our room 514 had an attic shaped roof where we could not stand up straight in the room or you would hit your head on the roof. kettle is the room was so old and dirty we did not use it. Won’t recommend and won’t stay there again"

"The apartment needs a refurbish. Especially the main bathroom the toilet cistern lid was cracked, hole in the wall and the tiles around the shower waste were missing. there was four of us but only bedding for three, so attention to detail was poor. It was fine for two nights and the location was great"

"We spent 4 nights in a very spacious apartment that had everything we needed. There was a laundry room available for free and Christian our host provided all the information we needed as first time visitors to Austria. Train and Tram were a simple 3 min walk. Overall great experience!"
