"Did not stay! Couldn’t park, waited outside in my car trying to communicate with the hotel staff, sent them messages but no answer! I’m disabled and eventually hobbled into reception where the receptionist was hiding behind a monitor. She was of no help so I left and drove on, very tired but found a nice hotel in Bremen with Trivago!"

"No staff at all in the hotel. The check in reception is 2.5 km away from the hotel. Totally user unfriendly. Check in staff arrogant and totally unfriendly!!! Stay away from this hotel!!! "
