"I had a big problem getting the key to the room. There was no note or message to explain how to get the key. I tried to call several times but there was no answer. It was a most challenging experience."
"We stayed one night while travelling home. The hotel was very nice and clean. The only problem we had was it was very hot and we couldn’t turn the heating off. Would recommend this hot as the setting is beautiful and the surrounding are very quiet. "
"Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."
"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"
"This hotel was more "western" in the room size and overall expanse. We used the hotel as a base to search neighboring towns for genealogical clues to my fathers relatives. Nice big room and bathroom. Delicious breakfast (and dinner one night). Paid parking was onsite and convenient. The showerhead was in rough shape, but it was the weekend and I guess the maintenance staff wasn't available, as it didn't get fixed. Nonetheless, a perfectly enjoyable hotel stay."

"Die Unterkunft ist ganz gut, Abstriche gibt es nur für die Lage. Direkt gegenüber gab es bis in die Nacht laute Musik. Hervorzuheben ist die Klimaanlage, die man auf das Grad genau einstellen kann. Je nach Lage entweder Aussicht auf die Straße oder auf den Parkplatz. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Eingang. "
"Es ist ein einfaches Gasthaus welches sehr schön wieder hergerichtet wurde. Für eine Übernachtung völlig ausreichend. Es gibt aber keinen wirklichen Eingangs- bzw. Empfangsbereich sodass man erstmal nach einem Mitarbeiter schauen muss. Insgesamt aber alles nicht so schlimm. Da der Gasthof erst ganz neu wieder eröffnet wurde kann man von ausgehen, dass sich alles erst noch einspielen muss.
