"This is in a more local neighbourhood but there are several bigger hotels nearby. Close to the beach and the main strip. Everything looked great from the photos but it was noisy due to the design as the pool was in the courtyard and stairs are metal. There is a massive echo like an acoustic chamber and there were families with kids so it was noisier than I expected. Otherwise the rooms were a good size and convenience store was next door. "We got everything we had expected. Comfortable room is well equipped with washer and dryer in the room(one bedroom type). Front desk was nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Easy access to everything in the resort including fabulous golf course and various dining options. A little away from the beach but it is only a short walking distance. "

"Spacious room with couch, kitchen, most of things for a long stay. About 3 km away from the center. Staffs are not always at the front desk, dunno how/where to find them when needed as there's no bell on desk. The other problem is perhaps due to covid19, the room is not in the condition it should be for guest. "The perfect and new residence at the edge of the night market and two hundred meters from the river and bridge crossing into the Ancient City. Unlimited restaurants and entertainment while also very quiet. Rooms are newly completed with very comfortable bedding and great light. The corner room (304) even boasts two balconies. Fantastic host. Will be my next stay for my next visit to An Hoi - seventeen nights this stay."

"The Present River in Hoi An is a great hotel in the heart of the ancient town. It is an easy 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops in the area, but away from the noise. Present River Villa has cold A/C in the rooms, a pool and free bikes to use to check out Hoi An. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak some English. The rate of the hotel is excellent!
