"Exceptional value for the money. Almost dint book here because of the reviewer who critiqued the state of the property, but I’m so glad I did. I felt the place was very well maintained and had no issue aside from a faulty room safe. Great location and fabulous pool area. Staff were great and were able to accommodate a late checkout. Only real complaint is a lack for vegetation-friendly breakfast options at the buffet. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"My stay here was very nice. The facilities maintain well there were several pools so something for everyone. The restaurants were nice. I only had breakfast at the red bean and the variety was also good for East and West. The hotel was a good size as well as the bathroom, you get the bare necessities in terms of toiletries, it is an Eco hotel. I would’ve liked softer towels and bath and the room as that’s the goal and smell in tropical resorts. The air conditioning later in the day works better, but not as strong during the day, but it was ok since I was out most of the time. The saw was awesome. I was able to sign up for their services each day of my stay and they were extremely accommodating through WhatsApp with getting me a reservation. I really enjoyed my services. I tried their 4hr package and individual massages as well. It was heaven on earth. The staff at the hotel in the restaurants at the bar were amazing! They were extremely attentive and caring, and even though it is a no non-tip culture they do have a box in the front when you check out that is shared by all the staff. The location it’s very ideal not terribly far from old town Hoi An. Their Grab (uber) is easy to use and I had no issues getting picked up and dropped off from this location."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Big rooms with a great view from the balcony in our river view room. Excellent location for the many bars and restaurants in the old town and on the island."

"Good location near Old Town. Most of the staff were friendly, especially the manager. The hotel operates on a shoestring, and some things are either broken or on its last legs, like the shower head, TV, etc. Towels are old and wifi isn't uniformly strong everywhere in the property. Overall, a good value for money and I would have given it 4 stars if not for this: There's a police station right behind the hotel and its loudspeaker blared propaganda urging citizens to vote. On Friday, it went on all day, and on Sunday morning, it started at 5am!! Complaints to the authorities have fallen on deaf ears, I was told. Well, if the govt wants to promote tourism, they're actually driving us away by ignoring both the needs of the tourists for rest and private businesses, who rely on good word of mouth. Hence, my two-star rating. Not really fair to the hotel, I know, but really a message to the Vietnamese govt. "
