"Hotel was within 5mins walking from Sapporo subway line. Convenient and clean rooms. Stayed in a family room with triple beds for 8 nights. Toilet is big as compared to tokyo hotels. However, 2 cons. 1. Can hear my neighbour closing and opening theirs doors 2. Water drainage sounds quite loud especially at night. Not sure sound came from where but was certain not from my room. Could not sleep well for 1st few nights but got used to it after that. "

"Friendly staff- Beautiful Hotel Grounds- I have many Tattoos and assumed I would not be allowed to visit the Onsen. To my surprise they allowed me to visit! Wonderful experience! "
