"Wonderful people working for both cottages and stables. Very accommodating, allowed early check in and change in riding time, answered repeated questions over the phone, all with a smile. We stayed one night and loved it. Cottage was comfortable, clean and convenient. Not much to do in the area, otherwise would have stayed longer"

"The Kolkuós Guesthouse is a hidden gem! We really enjoyed the the quiet, secluded location right on the shore. The house is beautifully remodeled and furnished and very clean. Breakfast was amazing and served in the quaint dining room. The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. The Kolkuós Guesthouse was by far our favorite place to stay on our trip to Iceland!"
