"We arrived to a clean and comfortable room late on a Friday afternoon with miles driven behind us. I longed to go horizontal for peaceful rest but my dear bride wished otherwise. You know what I mean. So I gathered my wallet and keys to take her to eat at a local restaurant. Our stay was largely uneventful - just as expected. However, I caution the reader to NEVER agree to room 216. It was clean. It was comfortable. It was in the elevator lobby! Every single spousal argument or alpha male contest was loudly amplified into our room. As entertaining as it was, we didn’t particularly enjoy it. Nevertheless, we’ll not hesitate to stop here again when next our travels find us in Conway. Just don’t look for me in 216."

"The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We requested extra pillows and were provided with them without hesitation. Breakfast was compact but filling. It included waffles, cereal, fruit, pastries, yogurt, juice and coffee. This was not our first time staying at this hotel and it will not be our last. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable."

"For this to be rated an 8 in Expedia is really a shame. This property has clearly had some kind of major water problem. It was after looking/smelling 3 rooms, did we finally settle on the 4th. We’re grateful that Robin was on staff that evening! She did everything she could do to find us a room that was not totally musty/moldy smelling. These rooms are so dark and dated, the property needs a major renovation. After returning from a quick bite, I went to shower but there was NO hot water, it wasn’t even warm. This was also brought up to Robin but after some investigation, she was not able to fix the problem. We still had NO hot/warm water this morning. I’m very thankful it was one night, otherwise I would’ve refunded anything further. It’s a shame this property was so misrepresented."
