Our check in was very smooth and the person who checked us in(Cody, i think his name is) has been super helpful and so friendly! Everything has been so clean and we loved the purple lights in the hot tub.

We loved everything about our stay! The staff was so friendly and accommodating for our family including our little pup, pool and hot tub were a hit when we weren't at the lake and the breakfast was a nice touch as well. We will definitely stay here again!

I discovered that the hotel is new and was less than a year old. You can tell, very clean and nice! Excellent place to stay!

Very clean, of course the building is very new so that helps. The rooms were very nice and the common areas are enjoyable. Breakfast was good, and they even have a fire pit and grills outside if you want to do that. Would stay here again.

Such a nice place to stay. The young lady with blonde hair was sooo sweet to us and even went to light the firestarter even though she was afraid (my girlfriend ended up helping her). Even though we requested so much, the service was amazing. It was quiet inside and out, and super clean. Definitely wanna go back!

The hotel was new it opened in October of 2024. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Across the street was city hall, fire department, and the sheriff office so needless to say we felt safe. Their were plenty of restaurants and stores near by and downtown Holland/ Hope university was only about a 7 minute drive. I would definitely stay again I travel alot with my family and this hotel was one of the best that we have stayed in over the past few years.

So Many Tulips and More 🌷

Very nice hotel and convenient to area attractions, restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious with small kitchenette. Typical breakfast ... fruit, cereal, muffins, eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles. Nice pool and fitness room. Will definitely stay at TownePlace Suites in the future.

Very nice hotel! Clean, friendly. The front desk receptionist was great!! She was very nice and accommodating. She was able to get myself and a few other family members an early check in. I forget her name but she worked Saturday 6/7.

King room (suite?) was spacious and we loved having the “kitchen” with full fridge, stovetop and microwave. This gave us so many options for our meals. Bed was comfortable. Property seemed new. Decorated in modern / mid-century modern. Gym, pool, easy parking. Breakfast was typical of this level hotel. Cooked oatmeal and hard boiled eggs appreciated.

There were stains on the shower floor. They wouldn’t come off. We were happy to be away from the elevators because we really needed some good rest and figured it would be nice and quiet. It was quiet until we were woken up by a dog barking its head off. Then it began to howl. This went on for over an hour. I did let the front desk know, but by then we were up. The woman at the desk was kind and apologized. She immediately called another staff member about the situation. Besides the dog, everything was really nice. Breakfast was great both days.
