Holly Beach

Hot summer days are no match for adventure tubing down the cool, clean, (mostly) lazy Alsea River. There are some dangerous stretches of rocky rapids or trees in the water that make this too tough for young kids or inexperienced people. Also great for kayaking, though water can get low in summer and you'll have to paddle in the main channel and possibly portage some sections. One day or multi-day options.
