Upon checking out, a Lyft driver was arranged by receptionist, a driver arrived promptly in a midsize 4 door sedan, unsble to accommodate our party of 5.
Our driver took 3 of us and another guest graciously allowed the other 2 on our party to ride with him to airport

"This property is very close to great cafes and unique shops. The price was reasonable. Our room was a bit small but clean and the beds comfortable. Parking was free which is a big bonus in LA. We had everything we needed and were helped by the manager to rent a downstairs room as we are Golden Oldies and have a bit of trouble on stairs. I was even surprised at how quiet it was for being on Hollywood Way.
It would be nice if the front window opened more than a couple of inches, but they might...

"We were hesitant to try the Universal shuttle as it wasn’t a guarantee that we would get on the reservation time picked. The staff were polite and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. Close to universal and plenty of food options. A restock of the kitchen utensils and just putting the A/C on a few hours before our arrival are the only suggestions I have. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again."

"The neighborhood was filthy and disgusting, as was the lobby. This is a motel in a seedy part of North Hollywood. Nowhere near Burbank Airport. How they have the audacity to call it Best Western Burbank Airport Inn is beyond me.
There were people smoking in the parking lot, homeless people wandering through the lobby, and the area rug in the lobby was stained and filthy. The “receptionist” was nice enough to cancel my reservation after I called Expedia and told them there was no way I was going...
