"Good price for the proximity of the ocean; however the pillows were horrid, we found a HUGE roach about 2 inches long the last night we were there. The swimming pool was hot and a little murky looking when we first got there. After the storm went through the night before checkout, it looked clear the next morning.
The description said they had a place for onsite storage of luggage and then I was told they did not the night before checkout so we left at 11am to go sit at the airport for several...

"Got there late at night while it was pouring rain. Easy check in process but very scary. What looked like three gang bangers hanging out in the lobby to get out of rain. Very run down, kitchen not stocked, not enough linens for four people , filthy used linens stored under bed, broken bathroom blinds where you can see through, no chain lock on door, stains on ceiling, holes in wall , TV didn’t work.I could go on and on. Even took pictures. Nasty!!!!!"

"The parking sign entrance it’s cover for plants(very hard to find)
You can’t see the tv , The TV channels change on their own. More than one person uses the application at the same time. (I have the video) I contact the property by text , no body answers.
Location is fine. 2 minutes walk to the beach. In general , the complex needs some update."

"My rating is based on the upgraded property we received after our initial accommodation was unacceptable. Customer service responded quickly, listened to my concerns, and upgraded us to a much better property, which made a significant difference.
