"Just your basic downtown Harrisburg PA hotel, very mid. Nothing went wrong, the front desk staff and valet were professional. It's just an old hotel and not in the classic way. The bathroom was small but was newly remodeled -- that was the best part of the room. Friendly advice -- the thermostat on the hotel water heater could be trimmed at 180F instead of letting it go all the way up to 212F. The hotel restaurant was dim and antiquated, the food and service was acceptable."

"Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down. "

"The shower was so large that it had two shower heads, only the one had hot water and it took a very long time to heat up. There were small issues; paint chipped, satelite TV did not work during the rain, not enough outlets in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby area smelled clean, and our room was cleaned well. We got a room with a King bed and pull out sofa and there wasn't any extra bedding in the room so we had to ask at the desk for sheets and pillows for the pull out. We got a noise complaint from downstairs for pulling out the couch as it was pretty loud, and sound proofing could be better in the rooms. King sized bed was comfy, but the pull out was not.
