"Elevator was broken when we got there and the card machine was too Had to walk up and down 7 flights of stairs to see my my daughters families. Other than that tge stay was fine. The food in the restaurant could use a bit more flavors but very big portions for the price."

"The service staff was really nice. The room was laid out like the pictures but I missed where the bigger room lost the balcony so the kids were sad. The room felt damp, the chair upholstery had mildew, the a/c was dripping on the floor. I felt like the room could have a better system for wet swimwear ..."
