"Loved the location about a 5-10 minute walk from the Shambles. Great place. Narrow stairs though so if you're lugging luggage be advised."

"The room is simply and beautifully decorated. Very clean and the hotel provides lots of different types of beverages and snacks. Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel is close to interesting sight seeing spots. Very convenient."

"Staff were very helpful especially carrying our bags to and from our room. The room was very clean and the bed was soft and extremely comfortable. The room was in the basement and there are steps but they are broken up not continuous so weren’t too problematic for some one with slight mobility issues. The music and noise from the bar ended at 11pm and we didn’t experience any noise from outside or other guests. "

"We were in one of the rooms in a converted building at the back of the pub. And it was lovely. Beautifully decorated, comfy bed, lovely shower room. It was delightful. Staff were really helpful, and breakfast was fabulous. We will certainly return."
