"The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. It was clean. I loved the bathroom, it was so big! The shower and sink were cool and modern which also were very nice and clean.I did not like the weird two sided small trashcan that stilll had trash in it in the room. I would still stay here again though. Thanks for a great stay!"

"While the lady at the desk was exceptional I had a few problems. The bed wasn’t comfortable. I’m 49 and my son is 26 and we both woke up with stiff backs. Also, we didn’t use them, but the extra blankets in the closet were obviously used and just tossed on the shelf. Also the fridge didn’t get very cold. I wouldn’t trust it to keep food safe."

"Check in very pleasant. The carpet in halls were very dirty. The rooms were clean but hot. The shower curtains were moldy and pillows lumpy. Enjoyed the coffee and all the bathroom amenities, nice thick towels."

Disappointing surprise for a supposedly pet friendly hotel The breakfast didn’t come close to the hype and the lukewarm coffee about summed it up It was a Sunday night and we were put in a third floor room (great for our dog, eh?) probably the farthest away from the front desk and breakfast. "I worked in a hospital as a housekeeper that received #1 on cleaning and sanitation by the state board. I was trained 😉 on cleaning by a professional who was in the business and directed our department for 30 years. These rooms are not cleaned! They get a 2 on cleaning. I saw an Indian lady, elderly, cleaning rooms with a towel on a stick. She used it in every single room on my floor. Bathrooms and living area, same towel mop!"

"Staff here are unbelievably nice! I've met some nice people at office check in. But these people were better than family! And the day manager took the time as she was leaving to talk with me and wish me safe travels. Anything you need you feel they can take care of you."

"Every thing was good! The breakfast was bad! Gravy cold and tasty bad milk wasn’t milk! I drink a gallon of milk a week! I tried both the two percent and whole milk both didn’t taste like milk! I threw food and milk in trash and didn’t eat breakfast the rest of my stay! Breakfast is importance! So I would probably not stay again"
