Practically perfect in every way

Easy to find, the reception upon arrival was fantastic. Jaye and Shane were so helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Only a short walk to the prominade and along the coast for a bite to eat. Can't recommend this bnb highly enough.

I much enjoyed the friendly and helpful owners and staff. The location of the place worked for me, a short walk from Holyhead ferry and close to the beautiful little walk then hike along the shore and out headland overlooking the Irish Sea. The room was very comfortable and well appointed

Hope to return again

Staff was sooo accommodating, especially since we booked the room right before showing up on a Sunday night! Have no complaints whatsover. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Super friendly welcome

We really enjoyed staying with Jaye at Wavecrest. She made us so welcome. Our room was warm and very comfortable (with the most gorgeous wallpaper) and the recently refurbished en suite shower room was great. Breakfast set us up for the day. It's very close to the ferry terminal, which is another bonus.

okay for a night

Booked the non en suite room by mistake. it was half a stairway down and then upstairs again. so quite a way to walk in the middle of the night. breakfast was served with thinned up milk so I wish I did not bother with it at all.

Jane met us at the property and allowed us to check in early. Gave suggestions for places to visit, pubs to try and places for dinner. Delicious breakfast. Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Loved our visit!

Great Place

Me and my dad were doing the coastal walk around Anglesey and found this place online last minute, Staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was great value for money, and the breakfast was really good. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful place to stay! I felt like I was visiting a favourite cousin rather than showing up at the step of a BNB. Close to the ferry, beach, restaurants and ice-cream shop, full home cooked (incredibly well) breakfast, nicely decorated and with all amenities. My children and I chose this as our favourite stop of a month of traveling. Highest possible recommendation.

The shared bathroom (although newly renovated) is always something you have to weigh up in travel. But if you can live with that, the property is lovely, the host was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was hearty. Would definitely recommend.

Jane was lovely. Breakfast good. Older property but tastefully decorated. Difficult to adjust shower temperature and toilet pipes noisy after flushing. Good location, could walk into centre of town and also to the water.

The place was charming and spotless, our hosts very helpful, the breakfast delicious. There was even a seagull out back named Herbert who has been coming regularly for 30 years for a hand-out!

Great host very accommodating, good place to stay for the ferry, property has scope for improvement although proprietor has invested in new bathroom.
