"The Gem of Omaha in my opinion. 100 year old hotel,
But everything is up to date so it’s every bit as comfortable as a major hotel chain . Nice room, super comfortable bed, quiet.
I travel almost every week, and I got the best nights sleep here. I can’t remember sleeping this good anywhere else. Restaurant staff and food were pretty good , and all staff were friendly. You felt as if they actually appreciated you being there."
"If there was a way to get my money back, I would the showers were cold. The AC didn’t even work. There was no pool and no mentioning of it before we booked. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worst enemy."
"The room was very nice and recently renovated. I loved the bathroom with a water fall shower and great water pressure.
Only downside side was no elevator, staff very kind to help with luggage up 11/2 flight of stairs. "
"Overall the hotel was good - no breakfast but coffee was offered, recieved a free drink token which is a nice touch, oarkinf isnt the best, hotel was clean and modern, gym was nice. rooms are very small. area was nice, lots of shopping and resturant near by. Overall, my experience at the hotel was quite positive. While there wasn’t a breakfast option, I appreciated the complimentary coffee provided. It was a nice touch to receive a free drink token as well. Parking could use some improvement, but the hotel itself was clean and modern, and I particularly enjoyed the gym facilities. The rooms were a bit on the small side, but the area surrounding the hotel was delightful, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. "
