Deserves 6 stars. One of best 3 hotel stays in last 30 years. Rooms - spacious, clean, comfortable, great bathrooms. Excellent mattress, good pillows, soft duvet. Washer dryer in bathroom sounds odd but is actually quite useful. Quality coffee machine Food - lobby cafe in 19th is superb. Vfm tasty lunches and ala carte dinners. Buffets for the trealy hungry. Brilliant hotel with excellent staff and facilities.The staff are excellent, kind, courteous, helpful, they cannot do enough for you. All the staff speak English with great charm and they make the hotel a pleasure to stay at. The room was spacious, well equipped and spotless. Excellent housekeeping staff. The hotel is in an excellent location with all amenities within easy reach. Restaurants are all excellent and the cuisine of a very high calibre. Could not have been better looked after....

Teaspoon in room was not cleaned properly. Still sticky with stained.

This has to be the best Hotel we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world , from the staff to the amazing hotel, bar , little things make a huge difference . This should be more than a 5 Star hotel . Well done to the St Regis Hong Kong .

This was our second stay at The Hari after having an issue with a visa. We returned and the staff were very helpful. If you can get breakfast included we would recommend as not many options in surrounding area. We used the A11 bus from the airport which stops 2 minutes away

ALL OF THE STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL AND WE LOVED THE HOTEL ,LOCATION 10 MINUTE WALK TO CENTRAL AND PACIFIC PLACE. NOT ALL FACILITIES ARE OPEN BUT THE HOTEL MET OUR NEEDS. WE ARRIVED FROM DUBAI AT 07.15 AM AND WERE CHECKED IN IMMEDIATELY (CHECK IN OFFICIALLY 14.00). THIS WAS GREAT SERVICE AT NO EXTRA COST.

This is an amazing hotel where all rooms have ocean views. We had a twin room which was extremely spacious and came with a fridge, kettle, coffee machine and air conditioning, We found the free shuttle bus to and from the nearest metro station really helpful as it would have been too far to walk. The infinity pool was wonderful too and Staff were very helpful. We will definitely come back to the Fullerton.

Great location, 2 mins from MTR Clean and modern

Overall, the hotel is really nice. Rooms are spacious and well furnished and the beds are very comfy. No issues during our stay whatsoever and the location is pretty good too. Close to a lot of coffee shops and food places nearby. The only thing I wish the room had is a decent sized mirror in the room whilst getting ready.

I stayed at Aki for almost a week. It was great

Even though this a relatively small boutique hotel the reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and although we were in a busy location the room was still quiet and felt like a haven away from the bustle. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here many times, always a great base for visiting & exploring some of the best of Hong Kong with the hotel having comfy rooms, good showers and amazing views from the suite’s living room. Staff are always friendly.
