"Dorsett Wan Chai Hotel Hong Kong was outstanding. Our family booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The hotel upgraded us to 2 suites. Appreciated it very much. Very clean, beautiful and spacious suites, lovely view of Causeway Bay, delicious breakfast buffets, very friendly staff. The free daily shuttle to Causeway Bay was very convenient and appreciated. Will definitely stay there again."

"Special thanks to the front desk check in personnel Mr. Donavan Ng who helped me to checked in as soon as I arrived in the morning. His service was super fast and very kind. Detailed the hotel services and facilities. Hotel is right above the huge shopping mall and the subway station. Easy access to all subway lines and the AirPort Express line."
