Royal Plaza Hotel
Room was clean, amenities was sufficient; although it would be nice to have an ironing set in the room. The location of the room right at the end of the corridor meant there was no disturbance.

Harbour Grand Kowloon
Clean room. Forgot clean towels and coffee. We always had to ask for ice every day. Also front desk upon check in did not tell us how to get to our room. As you know, we had a tower room, which is difficult to find at first.
