"bad experience I made a reservation through the Expedia app, and when I got there, the place looked nothing like the photos. It was dirty, and the room they showed me smelled of tobacco. I even asked the receptionist to let me see the room before they accepted my booking, because I wanted to see if it was what they showed. She showed it to me, but even after I left the hotel and didn't want to keep the reservation, they charged me through the Expedia app for one night as a penalty for blocking the reservation and not taking the three nights I wanted. They charged me for one night even though I told them to let me see the room first before booking, and since I didn't intend to stay, they took advantage of me. This is definitely a scam. and nothing looks like the pictures. It's not even close to the 1000 trees; it's a 30-minute drive away. Besides that, the area where the hotel is located is dirty, and the hotel doesn't even have a main entrance. It has an elevator that takes you to the reception area, which is also dirty. They also have a treadmill—I think that's the gym—right in front of the reception desk, which I found incredibly unprofessional."
