"This property feels noticeably more elevated than other Tokyu Stay locations I’ve stayed at, and it shows from the moment you walk in. The hotel is fairly new, and the room finishings reflect that, dark wood accents, especially in the bathroom and shower, give it a warmth and sophistication you don’t always get at this price point. Everything was spotless, the bed was genuinely comfortable, and the AC was so effective I had to turn it off after a f to avoid freezing — a very welcome problem after a long day slogging around Tokyo in the heat. Check-in was seamless, and the welcome drink (coffee or tea) was a small but thoughtful touch that goes a long way after a long flight. But the real star here is the location. Sitting right across from Ebisu Station with quick access to Shibuya and Shinjuku, you truly could not ask for a better base. Ebisu has serious nightlife energy — every night the sidewalks fill up with people out on the town, great bars around every corner, and a 24-hour Yoshinoya steps away for when you need to refuel (get the yakiniku meal set — you’ll thank me later). Come morning, decompress with a leisurely walk through Daikanyama or make the easy 15-minute stroll to Nakameguro. This neighborhood has it all, day and night. And when you’re ready to elevate the evening, Yebisu Garden Place is just a short walk away — grab prime rib at Lawry’s, a steak at Peter Luger’s, or cap the night with live jazz at Blue Note Tokyo. "Every thing was pretty good except the room is small and parking is a bit expensive for guests who stayed at hotel. 3000 JPY Per day. "

"This was my first stay at an Intercontinental hotel, needless to say I will definitely be returning. From the beginning of my arrival to the check out, I was treated like a king by all the staff. I didnt have to lift a finger getting my luggage from my cab to my room or my room to the airport. Check in was seamless. The daily breakfast buffet was delicious with so many options, the teppanyaki restaurant, incredible, steakhouse delightful. The sushi spot also to die for. Especially the matcha shaved ice. The Mixx lounge served great cocktails and was a awesome place to chat with other travelers. My room was very comfortable and well equipped. Granted coming from the States it will seem smaller than what we are used to but in Japan its all about quality over quantity. Everything in this resort is well thought/planned out. That's how nice this place is. I didnt even want to leave my hotel to explore Tokyo. I highly recommend this hotel, great value for the amount spent."

"The rooms on the Annex tower do not have an air purifier and after staying at 4 other hotels having it, I was disappointed. The room was weirdly shaped but did accommodate us fine for the night. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel has a good location and was a great stay overall. I would book again in the main tower next time."
